The role
You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders (CEO and CTO) on production software for real clients. Initially your major focus will be testing, finding the edge cases and breaking things before users do, while you grow into hardcore development across the MERN stack.
This is not a classroom. Code ships. You'll own modules, join client requirement calls, help plan, and use AI tools daily to move fast.
What you'll do
Build production features across the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node) and Next.js.
Own quality. Hunt edge cases, write and run tests, and break things before clients do.
Sit in on requirement-gathering, help scope work, and translate client needs into tasks.
Daily collaboration with the CEO/CTO. Code reviews, architecture, and real industry exposure.

Compensation & conversion
₹7,500/month for the 3-month internship. Strong performers are evaluated for a full-time role at ₹2,01,672/year CTC (≈ 2 LPA), inclusive of PF and statutory benefits.
Full-time conversion is performance-based and not guaranteed. A 1-year bond applies after conversion.
We're a small, close-knit early team of 7. There is no traditional office. We work hands-on from the founders' flat in Pune, 6 days a week with rotational shifts.
You'll need to relocate to Pune within 2 days of selection. The pace is demanding and the expectations are high. Small company, big dream. Apply only if that energizes you.

Is this internship paid?+
Yes. The stipend is Rs 7,500 per month for the full 3-month internship.
Is it remote or in-office?+
In person only. You work from the founders' flat in Pune. There is no work from home for this role.
Can the internship convert to a full-time job?+
Yes. Strong performers may be offered a full-time role at Rs 2,01,672 per year (about 2 LPA), inclusive of PF and statutory benefits. Conversion is performance-based and not guaranteed.
Who can apply?+
Anyone aged 18 to 30 who is comfortable with at least one programming language, can relocate to Pune within 2 days of selection, and can commit to the full 3 months, 6 days a week.
What will I work on?+
Real production software across the MERN stack, plus testing, planning, and client requirement-gathering, working shoulder to shoulder with the founders. Testing is your first focus.
Is there a bond?+
There is no bond during the internship. A 1-year bond applies only after a full-time conversion.
